1989 -2017 (Founding visionary years)
The enduring story of Accuris Group, as it is known today, began in 1989 with Mr. Kamal Kumar Jain, our Founder Chairman & Mentor, in then a princely but dusty small town, Jaipur. Mr. Jain still continues to remain our Chairman and Mentor.
He completed Chartered Accountancy course from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) in 1989 and joined Rajasthan Co-operative Dairy Federation Ltd. as a head of the finance division. Through his sheer hardwork, sincerity and focus, he managed to pursue other professional and business opportunities even while working full time.
Mr. Jain was mentored and introduced to, then the profession of Chartered Accountants, by Mr. __ Ghiya, an eminent Chartered Accountant of India. He started exploring export import business as an alternate profession, while working full-time as partner in Ghiya & Co. (CharteredAccountants) since 1992 to 1994. He used to work two jobs – his day job was devoted to the CA firm but early mornings & evenings were devoted to export import business.
Mr. Jain founded his individual/proprietorship CA firm practice in the year 1994 which he continued till 1999, in his own home-attic-office.
He later joined two CA firms as partner to further explore the profession of Chartered Accountancy from the year 1997 to 2009 till he created his own independent CA firm in the year 2009 under the name and title of Kamal Kumar Jain & Associates (Chartered Accountants) which is presently a full service multi disciplinary reputed CA firm with offices located in multiple cities across india.
Mr. Jain then became Insolvency Professional in the year 2017 and enjoyed the legacy of early entrant in the growing profession of Insolvency and Bankruptcy practice in India with sole aim to excel in the subject matter with best industries practice.
Mr. Jain took a liking to IBC as a profession and ‘gave his all to it’. While his beginnings were very small and humble, his name and prestige grew rapidly with every passing year. He differentiated himself and excelled with outstanding quality of Insolvency And Bankruptcy services in the state of Rajasthan.
2018 (Taking roots)
Mr. Jain’s practice had taken roots now. This was the year of consolidation and experimentation. Mr. Jain hired a few staff and associates. As his reputation grew, he became a Insolvency Professional of choice for many Banks & Institutions. His work was getting recognized more and more.
At that time, he was amongst the few Insolvency Professionals in India to enrolled with IBBI. His knowledge and experience from last many years empowered him with a unique perspective to IBC in that period. He started being invited for complex and larger engagements. His dedication, perseverance, focus and hard work started bearing fruit. The practice had spread throughout the State of Rajasthan and other few states of India now.
In the month of October, 2019 the flagship company of Accuris Group was founded in the name and style of Accuris Business Consultants Pvt. Ltd.
2020 (New dynamism)
This decade saw the gradual transition of a small company to a group of companies in the name and style of “ACCURIS”.
The realization that the next stage of growth can only happen by exploring new geographies dawned.
In the year 2020, another company of Accuris Group was founded in the name and style of Accuris Fintech Pvt. Ltd.
2020 – 2022 (The growth years)
Accuris Group was looking at new opportunities now with expansion to it’s existing services offering.
In the early 2022, another feather on the hat of Accuris Group was founded with emergence of full service legal practice entity in the name and style of Accuris Legal Services Pvt. Ltd.
Towards November 2022, Mr. Jain set his eyes on Mumbai, the Financial Capital of the country. An office in Mumbai energized the firm, opened up new opportunities and laid the foundations of rapid growth.
The Group started getting known for handling complex & large engagements throughout India now.
2023 (Bold decisions & Spreading wings internationally)
Over next few years Accuris Group built great relationships with large publicly listed Companies, Banks and Financial Institutions. It became a full-service Multi-Disciplinary group of professional companies covering all aspects of advisory and consulting services. The group grew exponentially in a short period of time.
During this time many other professionals joined hands with Accuris Group on PAN india basis which enhanced the quality of deliverables and the Group’s profile.
Towards the end of year 2023, Accuris Group founded offices in Delhi and Surat with overseas office at London (UK) to emerge as the full-service Multi-Disciplinary group of professional companies covering all aspects of advisory and consulting services across globe.
The client profile of Accuris Group started changing towards some of the largest companies in India. It started getting invited to assist on some of the major Merger & Acquisition transactions, Distress Asset transactions of that time.
Accuris name was now synonymous with high quality professional advisory and consultancy services in India. The firm grew into a team of 35 strong team members across India in 2023.
The group was increasingly being sought for International assignments in Middle East, South Asia and United Kingdom. It grew and expanded with its clients.
Accuris Group was now increasingly focused on the top end of the market segment, large publicly listed corporations, the largest banks & financial institutions, private equity etc. The resolution and recovery practice of Accuris Group also started taking shape & growing.
2024 (Building for the next 50 years)
Today, Accuris Group is a leading independent fully integrated and high-end Transaction Advisory group of companies with service offerings including Valuation, Investment Banking, Restructuring, Due Diligence, Transaction Tax, Risk Advisory and Litigation Support. With a team of more than 50+ professionals, the operations and services offering is spread across 5 offices in India and London (UK).
In the early 2024, a new section 8 company was founded by the Accuris Group in the name and style of Accuris Foundation with the sole vision to emerge as a socially responsibe sustainable group over the infinite years to come.
